Our standards & practices
Our Code of Conduct is a key element of the Keter compliance and integrity program.
It includes all the principles that guide employees to do business legally, ethically, and consistently with our DNA and values.
The Code outlines the expectations Keter has of all staff and their individual responsibilities to act in the right way and in the best interests of our organization.
We do business ethically and with integrity

Speak up and be heard
All of us are responsible for ensuring that we do business ethically and to always engage in lawful, honest, and fair dealings with our customers, suppliers, employees and other stakeholders. We expect everyone to speak openly and raise concerns about possible breaches of the law, our code of conduct or any of our policies, directly with their line manager, a member of management or human resources.
As an alternative to directly reporting concerns, employees, contractors, and external parties can use the EthicsPoint platform to anonymously file a report by phone or online. Reporting is available around the world, 24 hours a day, seven days a week in multiple languages.
Keter takes concerns seriously – All cases will be received, investigated, and addressed.
Our expectations of suppliers
Our expectations are summarised in Keter’s Supplier Code of Conduct.
Specifically, we ask our suppliers to:
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations within the countries that they operate;
Not disclose Keter’s confidential information to any other person without our advance written consent;
Share Keter’s commitments to human rights (prohibit any form of child labor and/or forced or bonded labor, respect the rights of employees to freedom of association and collective bargaining);
Create a work environment in which employees and business partners feel valued and respected for their contributions and should not tolerate discrimination of any kind;
Comply with all applicable environmental laws and support Keter’s commitments through continuous improvement and performance measurements of environmental and social indicators.
At Keter, we build and foster long-term, reliable, and sustainable relationships with our suppliers, vendors, and third-party providers. We value our suppliers and prospective suppliers, and treat them the way we expect to be treated.
We ask our suppliers to uphold our ethical principles and positive environmental practices in all their dealings with Keter.
